This is a general rather than grid specific comment- why do so many people criticise a grid by claiming something doesn't exist because they've never heard of it? There are LOADS of things here I've never heard of, but its quicker to google them than type in a criticism of the setter and make yourself look like a prize numpty. Puzzgrid teaches you new things, if you use it that way, unless you WANT to rant (like I just did! :)' )

Top in a list of anything is a bit time limiting because these things change - they are all four businesses in the case of the web answer.
