Maybe after your prolonged discourse you should've concluded that it would be better to make groups of four, that being the nature of the game an'all

I think you have pedantically missed Blues' point.

Blues, good to see that they have let you back in the country. And that you have retained that idiosyncratic charm. Personally I have never been accused of having standards so I would know nothing about those.

I thought it would be a little different to create a grid with "groups of three" when "groups of four" is the norm.
Achieving this made me almost as proud as the time I climbed to the top of the floodlights at Cardiff City's old stadium after a dozen beers, and I am hopeless with heights.
On reflection I think they are groups of four...
Incidentally when I saw those floodlights the next day, when I was relatively sober, I nearly broke out into a cold sweat, they were about a mile high.
But it was a dare, I was drunk and had standards to maintain.

Good stuff. Nice light-hearted approach while still testing. Only quibble (I found the groups of 3 a cheeky wee twist): I think it might have been more guessable to give the surnames of the rugby players. But, as I say, I quibble

I concur... Legends one and all! Really enjoyed my time in NZ watching the tour - shame we couldn't quite just get over the line - although a drawn series probably a fair result ;) I also salute your standards and honour in the face of drunken dares - but WTF?! Those floodlights at Ninian Park were f**kin' HUGE! (although to be fair most floodlights are!) Oh, and great grid as ever, btw ;)

the ear section silly - obscure laden with more obscurity by using the latin names. somehow, not knowing a line yourself without looking it up, just doesn't work….. or maybe you did know all that??!! liked the groups of three tho
