Not sure about this one. Isn't it an apostrophe that indicates a missing letter? And I'm not sure about a link being a misspelling with nothing else to link them.

Hello JF, thanks for your comment. The idea behind the grid was that it should be "letter" related... one set is words misspelt with extra letters, one set is related to missing letters (the asterisk is used as a sort of 'wild card' for spelling rude words) one set has the answer "letter" etc... anyhow it doesn't really seem to have come off, unfortunately, so I guess it's back to the drawing board. Thanks anyway everyone

It was a neat idea. Hard to think of original and new ideas. It beat me but i found It fun.
