Nice grid, lot's of fun. Just a couple points to correct. In baseball, the shortstop is the position between 2nd & 3rd base (as mentioned by Sir Kris). Also, baseball does not use the cricket term "bowl" to refer to the ball being put in play by the pitcher; we would say that the pitcher pitches (or pitched, or will pitch) the ball. Finally, it should be noted that bats have excellent vision during the day, but rely on echolocation at night; it would be wrong to say they are blind, despite it being commonly believed.
