Almost got stuck on the "wind" category as you used a homograph which was tricky - pleasant grid!

I spent longer than I'd care to admit trying to work out which other squares "Rick Parfitt" could apply to

good grid, 5/10, call me thick but still not getting half of status quo - down,

I had to do some Google sleuthing to figure out what "Half of status quo" was alluding to. After finding it, I think that clue needs quite a bit of work; the capitalization does matter, and without "song" or something it's just not cluing that at all.
