oh i do agree replica should probably be replicate to match perfectly. but again.... a great & enjoyable grid :: thank you for taking the time to put it up! peace.... ^_^

I got all the connections easily, just so many overlaps made it really trappy to connect. Altho I didn't get carbon till i was given it, I was thinking dating ____ game, but wahh!

It was quite easy, but I did enjoy it. Some mediums seem very difficult and some, like this, a bit easy. Some have pointed out that Replica is a noun, but I think that it’s OK as they’re synonyms for copy, and copy can be a noun. Some good red herrings, but a little easy. That’s not a bad thing as such, more a problem with how it was categorised.

Just revisited this after some years. Thanks for your kind comments. I was one of the early joiners. My partner and I had a slight addiction to compiling the Puzzgrids for a while.

In this case, it has to be copy and not accept copies. Copy is both a noun (replica, clone) and a verb (reproduce, imitate). So it does need to be copy to fit everything in the group

my usual gripe - wouldn't accept 'written communication materials'. don't care if PuzzGrid gets annoyed with me - the answers have to be as carefully constructed as the grids.

The rendering had a bit of an Annie Rooney: the grid froze and wouldn't respond, but the clock kept ticking. Oh well. The grid itself is very good, though.

4th line was a kick yourself for me. Synonyms was wrong for 3D line?!

Liked it a lot! It was daunting at first but was able to sort it out in decent time.

Quite challenging with some good rabbit holes - which I fell into even when I only had 8 options left. I completely missed the footprint group reason! Think this deserves to be higher up the "best" table as it as 50 as I did it and I enjoyed it much more than some of the others which I found to be in the wrong categories.

I liked the carbon group. Probably replica should be replicate (or you could have imitation and reproduction).

Also think replica is a grammatical error.

Great grid; not difficult , but pleasingly tricky to separate out categories in time .

Have to say I got this one really really quickly compared to other grids, so it felt more like 'easy', but maybe I was just lucky. I do like the clear categories with still good herrings.

Also, this might not be the place to bring this up, but there's no point in referring to 3rd line, 4th line etc. The position of the lines depends on what you guess first, they're different to everyone.

synonym would actually be the correct category title instead of the stupid one you put :)
