Phew, talk about fiendish! Three attempts because I was making progress but just too tricky. I sussed 3 of the categories but couldn’t decipher any full groups in time. I need a nap now…!

Just make it a little easier, Lorna, and I’ll keep trying. 3 mins is not enough to decipher, let alone categorise!

I'll make some medium some hard some fiendish- for the sake of variety- so there's something for everyone.This site would be very boring if they were all too easy, if you need longer have a couple of goes, no harm.

Far too complicated for 3 mins...i agree with Lush, took longer than 3 mins to sort clues out let alone categorise them....shouldn't need multiple goes to sort a grid, very clever i agree, but not much fun i'm afraid

Its up to you if you want to stick to rules- I'm of the opinion that variety is the spice of life but am also well aware that I'm not for everybody and am not offended if its not your cup of tea- just be aware some do enjoy so tolerate a bit of difference now and then, for those who think a bit more sideways! :)

we love the cryptic style ones please do more we dont mind if you have to refresh the time a couple times we like the challenge!
