Stephen Fry
This was not good.

Numbers hidden in the words followed no logical pattern. One, Two, Eight and Nine? they should at least be sequential, I figured it out but spent my time looking for ten, eleven or six. It has to follow some sort of logic.

People who serve: The President? That is tenuous at best.

Words followed by Ice: In the case of Justice, "Ice" is a suffix, it doesn't follow the logic of the others by being followed by the word Ice.

All come in bars: What is a music bar? You can have a bar of music, but 'music bar' is not how it's referenced. Round peg, square hole.

There has to be logical consistencies for this to work.

Sorry you didn't like it. There are others. Thought you were excellent in Blackadder btw.

I would disagree with pretty much all of that Widger- comes in bars I thought was your cleverest link. Plenty of people have hidden words with one commonality ie they're all numbers- by who's rules do they need to be sequential? The serve line, equally, worked for me. It is preferable to either have followed by a suffix or followed by a word but it's not a game killer- sometimes that choice is necessary to make a grid work, sometimes you can afford to be fussy and perfect. This looks like someone with quite a bit of rigidity of thought getting frustrated at having to be fluid and lateral. I think you did an ace job, for that same very reason. I'm sure I'd have noticed if I'd seen a grid set by one Stephen Fry as I'm a huge fan (of the real one).

Agree with Lorna here. I thought it was a very good grid. Would prefer consistency on the ‘Just’ group but it’s not a show-stopper. The other links were perfect and the whole thing was well thought out.
Also it’s nice to see one with a variety of links rather than all being ‘can be followed by X’ or some other variation on a theme - that is just personal preference though.
