@Primrose I think I got the idea from one you submitted a few weeks ago, didn't I?

I screen shot all the cryptic grids, and encourage it for mine.
I don't care about the time, like doing a crossword it's about, for me, the challenge of solving the clues and it takes as long as it takes or until I feel beaten. I also use google for synonyms or if I don't know a word/phrase/person, or to help me in any way it can. I don't consider it cheating, every day's a school day :)
Primrose - have you been good enough to be let out? and yes it should be a familiar format you did one a while back and I said I would be pinching it as it is a nice change and a good idea.

Easy enough to solve, and I got all ten points, but there's no such thing as a monkey tree, it's a monkey PUZZLE tree, so that group doesn't hand together, and the five classical elements are usually aether, earth, water, fire and air, not wind.
