As a dyed-in-the-wool devotee of all things Trek, I'm deeply embarrassed that I recognized Fizzbin, but could not remember where it was from. Now I'm reminded, it was "Piece of the action" I think. Was Nip (from Mornington Crescent) a deliberate red herring? I'd not heard of any of the Covid terms or any of the card games apart from pinochle.

@Nighteyes - I don't remember Nip, there was Nidd. Strangely, I originally had MC as one of the fictitious games, but got carried away with the obscure card games and dropped. Not surprising that you've not heard of the Covid terms I made them up. Mea culpa.
