Nice! This is one where I had a good idea what the categories were, but couldn't remember which phrase came from where. (Is it THE WESTING GAME that has the line "all famous quotations are either from the bible or Shakespeare"?) I could've sworn 'skin of my teeth' was Shakespearean. It sounds like a Shakespearism, anyway, a la 'wearing your heart on your sleeve'. I didn't identify the Shakespeare category any more narrowly than "Shakespeare" though, so thanks for accepting that answer.
