Cannot rosemary and thyme be interchanged?

Ah ok well spotted St. John. I usually try to have the solution be unique but this slipped through. However, at the point of submission I felt that Rosemary didn’t quite fit the group, as it is her first name and all I called the other detectives by their surname apart from Basil who doesn’t seem to have a surname.
