I disagree about the three hours. Looking for hidden words is a big feature of this game so once you've got the first two lines it's a lot easier. The country name within another country is very good.

Very contrived. So much so that you yourself cannot see that the solution is far from unique! Not enough space to explain, but I agree with others, don't use too many "off the wall " ideas. It's only a game!

My problem is, all countries have various connections in various ways, so the grid could have gone any one of thousands of ways, and the fact that this is the one you intended it to be doesn't make it the only right answer.
