I went with rhymes but bough (bow) rhymes with the front of a boat when it is on a tree and with Slough when it is a town outside London and where I live a sough (suff) is a rectangular covered drainage channel all of which made it difficult to resolve. But a good idea, poorly executed for my pronunciations.

Fraught (correct spelling) rather spoils that group and it's a shame you couldn't find another word ending with the ow sound and had to go with doughtiness. A nice idea, but didn't quite pull it off.
