POOKMAN6 had a stroke of artistic genius with this puzzle. My wife and I loved this one so much we blasted it out by email to all of our friends (they're puzzleheads too :))

That being said, for your next foray into music related puzzlery, I'd really appreciate if you included some of my songs. Album sales have been steadily declining for a couple of decades and I think this is just the thing that can boost my social media presence. My PR agent said puzzgrid is the perfect place to start.

I remember Woodstock back in 1969. I was high as a kite listening to such hits as you've listed in this puzzle. POOKMAN6, this one brought me to genuine tears reliving the greatest years of my storied youth.

You've done a lot to make an old coot like me happy. It takes someone truly amazing to recognize someone amazing and you my friend are AMAZING.
