Thanks, Fam. The only real difficulty is coming up with single letter clues and trying to avoid too much repetition. I'm glad you like them, and I think I have a few more in me yet, though, I'm trying to space them out with more conventional grids.

Haha, yes I noticed you were spacing them out so I’m always thrilled when one pops up. I would try one myself but I don’t think I could do it justice. Are they difficult/time consuming to construct? Do you start with the end word in mind and work back?

They're sometimes difficult and, yes, I do start from end to beginning.
In this grid, for instance, in this grid, the abominable snowman and Broadway musical lines were pretty much done in my head when I sat down to type it up. The other two came fairly quickly, but sometimes you have to wait for inspiration to strike.

And sometimes, after I think I've finished, and submitted the grid, I look at it, and say 'nope', and edit it on the fly hoping no one plays it before it's perfected. This one was no exception, and two clues were changed after posting. Their replacements make the grid much better, in my opinion, at least.

PS...Do try one; they are immensely satisfying when they are finished LOL

Thanks WVPuzzler, I may jot down some ideas if some come to me, and credit you if I manage to complete and submit one.
I often find with grids that I have a couple of reasonable lines but then struggle with ideas/clues for the others.
