Needed pen and paper, had to look up Fledermaus, took a guess with Cantium Via, but I got full marks! This was brilliant! Got them all apart from The Rock. Fledermaus was ingenious. Thank you! Lorna would be proud.
Oh, and of course I had to screenshot it and give myself about ten mins.

Very good although rabbit is Lepus (lupus is wolf) and chimney sweep doesn't fit the pattern.

Good. Had to restart once after solving one group, as it took so long, but I managed it! Would be excellent (and I would've solved it quicker)if your Latin was correct - Lupus is wolf, not rabbit. Rabbit would be Lepus (actually hare rather than rabbit),lagomorph (the family that includes rabbits and hares), oryctolagus cuniculus (the European rabbit) or something indicating one of the other rabbit species.

Score of 2, but absolutely loved it. Wish I hadn’t been so adamant that Fledermaus was referring to the operetta. Ah well. Thanks!

Looks like in this case it was a good job my Latin was so bad ( non existent ) as I just guessed that clue from the group it was in by default. I also thought that Fledermaus was something to do with opera so lucky that I cheated and looked that up otherwise I wouldn’t have had the joy of working out that clue.

Where are you getting lepin from StJohn?

I thought this had made grid of the day but sadly not, it is one of your others. Not discrediting that one but it’s a shame that one as playful and clever as this doesn’t get a prize spot.

Hi Fam, error number 2. Not Lupus [wolf] not Lepus [Hare] so changed to Lepin [Rabbit in French] Only it is not, it is Lapin.

Note to self: switch the light on when it gets dark and put your specs on. :-)

Crikey Dave, how many people are you?! I thought maybe you meant lapin. I’ll be sure not to take language lessons ( or dress sense ) from you 🙂

St John
Bible Mark 5:9 and Jesus asked him "What is your name?" and he replied "They call me me legion, for we are many".

P.S. you are a wise woman.
