I got the groups rather quickly, I'm irritated by the fact that sauce and mushroom were not accepted as correct answers. The clue is in the instruction when uploading a grid, the beginning of a word is sufficient to give the definition because the software put in place by the originator of the site will supply any suffix needed to complete the definition. If you decide to ignore that and specify a single meaning then you are effectively saying only those people who think exactly like you and type that exact phrase are correct. Unless you carefully define an exact phrase or meaning in your groups you are going to attract constructive criticism, or precise instructions on how to go about explaining your groups. You can take this as either one, the other or both. If you see it as anything else, you should consider the possibility that you need to expand your command of language before attempting another upload.

I agree with Moondog. I put Asian sauces in for the sauce one - because satay sauce is from Indonesia - NOT China. Frustrating! Don’t be so specific - and if you are going to be specific make sure you get your facts straight. Otherwise would have been a good puzzle.

Crikey, cut the guy/gal some slack. Admittedly I often don’t bother typing in the answer. I know whether I got it or not and that’s enough ( though to be honest I do occasionally type the answers just for the childish satisfaction of seeing the confetti 😀 ). All that’s happened here is that the poster has put the plural form of the connection in the link box. Accepts sauces, Asian sauces, mushrooms and butterflies. Not a biggie, just stick the singular in instead next time, or the root of the singular and plural eg butterfl. I think that should work. God knows I try to put every possible connection in the link box when I post and still sometimes miss some.
