Black and iced are interchangeable therefore not a unique solution. Otherwise good grid. Nice idea.

Good themed grid to get the brain into gear. It does have an ambiguity that Iced can be swapped with Black (or Instant?) although your solution is the most usual way round so it is easily enough solved.

i thought i'm slow but i'm surprised to find someone completing it in 10s
