@Matt, no there aren't. The answer is quite carefully worded because of that.It doesn't say 'add mouth to make a town', it says '...rivers with towns named after them at their mouth.' Not sure how that implies there'd be two M's in Plymouth. I can only assume you've not looked at the actual answer and just want to make yourself feel better after scoring badly on an easy grid.
