As for the last group, it would have been more consistent and satisfying if it had been a reference to one single group as well. But even if you don't do that, then you should at least specify in the answers what the cryptic references are to. So, king of lizards and american knife?

T Rex threw me off as Jim Morrison styled himself as The Lizard King. Got most easily but did not have a clue as to the glamrock connections. Not a bad effort.
