Hmm, some nice ideas but a little lacking in execution. The 'palindrome' group aren't actually palindromes - a group of words that, when read backwards, form a new word. Palindromes read the same backward as they do forward (Madam, I'm Adam). The hidden word groups are fine but perhaps a little too deeply concealed?
Ultimately, you want your audience to 'solve' your wall. As with cryptic crosswords, you want us to clap and appreciate your cunning. There's no fun in an unsolvable wall for the observer, regardless of the intellectual skill on display.

An interesting wall, using familiar concepts. With refinement it could be an excellent wall. Such is the challenge of a puzzle setter. 8/10.
