If you're going to do a grid like this where we have to deduce the words from a phrase, they need to be a lot less ambiguous. There are dozens of words that can go before "mad" or "bear". It's too indirect to then find the groups on top.

Fun, and fairly straightforward thanks to the dots indicating it was a missing words challenge. If those hadn't been there, I'd have struggled to solve it at all, rather than in just over a minute. Good fun, no swappable answers I could see, all quite logical. Thank you.
