Nice grid, but it's the Isles of Scilly (plural.) There is no actual Isle of Scilly (singular.)

Chris there are lots of ways to connect the 'shires' group but the setter can choose which one get the points we can just grind our teeth when we guess the wrong one.

Chris - I feel that shires makes more sense. Towns and cities isn't specific. There is a clear definition that differentiates. Towns and cities that give their names to countries would be fine though.
